The Playground NYC returns for another dance playtime session for movers at all levels!

The January 14 workshop will focus on creating contemporary dance works from the perspective of Mike Tyus & Co. During the session, dancers can expect to get a deeper understanding of company work, creation and methods. We will utilize improvisation, ballet technique, floor work, composition, and imagination to break beyond the limits of the human body.
